We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a **Senior Python, React \& AI Engineer**, located in Latin America. You will join a fast\-paced engagement focused on building and delivering a production\-ready, AI\-driven solution, with potential for long\-term collaboration based on performance. We are looking for: * 6\+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full\-stack roles) * Strong proficiency in **Python** (core requirement) * Solid experience with **React** * Hands\-on experience building **APIs and data pipelines** * Experience working with **LLMs or AI\-driven workflows** * Proven experience using **AI\-assisted development tools** (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar) * Ability to build and ship production\-ready code quickly in fast\-paced environments * Strong communication skills and ability to work in **client\-facing roles** * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Nice to have: * Experience with **Azure** (App Services, Blob Storage, etc.) * Background in **document processing or structured data extraction** * Familiarity with **LLM validation patterns** (e.g., LLM\-as\-judge) * Experience working on **early\-stage or fast\-moving projects** We offer: * Fully remote position * Short\-term engagement (6 weeks) with **strong potential for long\-term extension** * Full\-time * Collaboration with US\-based teams (Central Time overlap required) * Compensation in US Dollars If you are as excited to learn more as we are to work with you, please submit your resume and let’s be in touch!
