Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to support integrated management systems, audits, procedure development, and staff training. Key Highlights: 1. Support for internal audits and follow-up of corrective actions. 2. Development and updating of procedures and key documentation. 3. Management of complaints, deviations, and process standardization. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Quality Assistant in Calibration or Testing Laboratories. * Knowledge of interpreting integrated management systems for quality (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) — mandatory. * Knowledge of implementing and auditing integrated management systems for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, social responsibility, and risk management: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Law No. 29783, ISO 26000, and ISO 31000 — desirable. * Experience in implementing and/or participating in Safety and Quality Management Systems. **Responsibilities:** * Support internal audits of the IMS and follow-up of corrective actions. * Develop and update procedures, work instructions, forms, plans, and regulations as required by the organization. * Conduct inspections and record NCs in Power Apps. * Manage investigation and root cause identification of complaints to prevent recurrence and impact on result validity. * Manage CAPAs from internal and external audits. * Record deviations identified during external audits as CAPAs. * Train involved personnel when procedures are updated. * Manage and guide IPERC development according to organizational needs. * Prepare PETS based on customer requirements. * Systematize and automate processes related to services. * Actively participate in accident investigations. * Organize and manage drills. * Conduct customer surveys. * Standardize processes where applicable. * Other duties as assigned. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * All statutory social benefits. * Eligibility for annual profit-sharing. * Corporate discounts.
