Develop and maintain inspection and testing protocols **QUALITY ASSISTANT - REAL ESTATE** ======================================== Company: DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) Location: Projects Our company **DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) (P027\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **QUALITY ASSISTANT - REAL ESTATE** **Job Objective** ----------------------- Provide operational support to the on-site quality management system by inspecting, measuring, and validating production deliverables in the field, ensuring compliance with project technical standards and proper documentation of quality protocols. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Conduct random field inspections to verify that executed activities comply with project procedures and technical specifications. * Participate in the review and testing of partial or final deliverables executed on site prior to their release, ensuring compliance with established acceptance criteria. * Develop and keep updated inspection and testing protocols associated with on-site construction activities. * Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Site Quality Engineer regarding the status of controls, inspections, and observations. * Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Civil Engineering, Architecture, and/or related fields in construction or quality. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. * Knowledge of on-site quality control, work inspection, and protocol management. * Preferred experience in multi-family, condominium, and/or residential projects.
