




Position Summary: Supervise and verify compliance with parameters in production processes, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in production areas. Key Points: 1. Supervision of production lines and compliance with parameters. 2. Verification of personnel hygiene and cleanliness of production areas. 3. Knowledge of quality and food safety management systems (GMP, HACCP). Verify correct compliance with established parameters for production processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise production lines according to parameters established by production (weights, measurements, shapes, temperatures, coatings, packaging, boxing, etc.). * Verify personnel hygiene before and during the production process according to protocol. * Verify proper execution of cleaning in production areas and warehouses. * Complete line control form records. POSITION PROFILE Applicants must meet the following requirements: * Professional and/or bachelor's degree, or final-cycle students in Food Industry, Chemistry, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of quality and food safety management systems (GMP, HACCP). * Knowledge of laboratory analysis and testing. * User-level knowledge of Windows. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills at level (II) low-to-medium.
