Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering. * Licensed and registered with the professional association (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or QA/QC in construction projects. * Experience in preparing the Quality Dossier, release of work packages, and document control. * Experience in quality control of materials and concrete. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 preferred). * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Familiarity with MS Project, S10, and Revit (preferred). * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with quality standards on site. * Prepare and manage the Quality Dossier. * Manage quality protocols, records, and reports. * Verify conformity of materials and construction processes. * Coordinate release of work packages. * Track observations and corrective actions.
