A food industry company is seeking a Quality Supervisor to cover vacation leave. **Job Objective:** Ensure compliance with established processes for product manufacturing, as well as with the Food Safety and Quality Management System based on HACCP, GMP, and CCP verification. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise production lines. * Verify GMP, HACCP, and CCPs. * Control of raw materials and intermediate/final products. * Organoleptic and moisture evaluations. * Preparation of non-conforming product reports. * Supervision of sanitation and pest control. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food Industries, Chemistry, or related fields.
