We seek a responsible, dynamic individual eager to learn and grow in the real estate sector, performing duties both in the office and in the field. **Main Responsibilities:** \-Search for and acquire new properties. \-Conduct property visits to gather information. \-Install, remove, and manage property signage and advertising notices. \-Support the sales and administrative teams. \-Assist with operational tasks specific to the real estate agency. **Requirements:** \-Completed secondary education (mandatory). \-Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate sector. \-Ability to perform fieldwork effectively. \-Strong communication skills and interpersonal rapport. \-Responsibility, organization, and commitment. **Position Conditions:** \-On-site work at our office located in San Juan de Miraflores. \-Full-time employment. \-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. \-Compensation: S/ 1,130 per month. \-Payment method: Honorarium receipts. \-Training in the real estate sector and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
