At AQUAMED, we are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and service-oriented Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our organization and accompany our patients throughout their entire experience. WHAT WILL YOU DO AT AQUAMED? * Greet and guide patients in a courteous and professional manner. * Manage appointments, confirmations, and rescheduling. * Follow up with patients before and after their treatments. * Handle in-person, phone, and WhatsApp inquiries. * Coordinate medical and support staff schedules. * Assist in patient admission and registration processes. * Manage payments, issue receipts, and perform cash closing. * Maintain up-to-date information in management systems. * Support patient loyalty and experience initiatives. IDEAL PROFILE ✔ Excellent personal presentation. ✔ Positive attitude and service orientation. ✔ Empathy and strong communication skills. ✔ Ability to interact effectively with patients. ✔ Organization and ability to work under pressure. ✔ Proactivity and results orientation. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or reception. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to use digital systems and tools. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Availability for on-site work. * Preferred experience in clinics, medical centers, spas, or aesthetic centers.
