Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a receptionist and in customer service. · Service-oriented attitude. · Ability to work in a team. · Excellent communication, sales, and professional appearance skills. · Experience in online and in-person sales. Responsibilities: · Assertive communication with customers. · Perform daily cash reconciliation and collection for services and products sold. · Schedule patient appointments in the system. · Provide and obtain signatures on internal regulation consent forms. · Explain and sell treatments. · Manage appointments and shifts; continuously monitor customer suggestions, complaints, and claims. · Other tasks assigned by management.
