If you are looking to learn and be involved in all aspects of a company from recruiting and administration to accounting and operations, then this is your ideal opportunity. **Compensation:** $600 \- $800 USD \+ bonus **Key Responsibilities** * **Recruitment Operations**: Manage platforms (Indeed Peru and Mexico, ULima, UPC, Bumeran), review applications, pre\-screen candidates, and update the Recruiting Status Report daily. * **Candidate Assessment**: Evaluate English proficiency (minimum 8\.5/10 proficiency for most roles) and assess goals, skills, loyalty, and experience through discussions. * **Communication**: Use WhatsApp for follow\-ups, send emails with instructions, and guide candidates through interview stages. * **Coordination**: Clarify job expectations and collaborate with the Head Recruiter to maintain accurate records and smoot workflows. **Skills** * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in recruitment platforms. * Detail\-oriented with multitasking ability. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Recruitment/HR experience preferred. **Work Details** * **Setting**: Remote * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST (1\-hour lunch).
