We achieve this through client education, consistent updates, thorough assessment of each case, and customized legal strategies based on each client's circumstances. **Essential Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Records team members. * Lead daily debrief meetings and assign tasks per the SOP schedule. * Monitor Litify task assignments, ensuring appropriate prioritization and status updates. * Ensure FOIA requests are drafted, reviewed, corrected, and submitted per SOP requirements and timelines. * Track and verify timely retrieval and upload of FBI reports, ensuring no expired links. * Oversee criminal disposition requests and client address change workflows. * Review records for completeness, ensuring documents are named, stored, and filed per SOP in Google Drive and Litify. * Conduct internal audits to evaluate quality, accuracy, and compliance. * Provide ongoing support, coaching, and refresher training to team members. * Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate delays, and coordinate with other departments (e.g., Admin, Evidence, CSC). * Maintain department trackers and ensure follow\-up protocols for missing or delayed documentation. * Stay informed about platform\-specific limitations and proactively mitigate submission or service delays (e.g., EOIR monthly outages). * Evaluate and report on team KPIs and recommend process improvements to leadership. **Required Qualifications** * 2\+ years of legal administrative or records experience, preferably in immigration law. * 1\+ year of experience in a team lead, coordinator, or supervisory capacity. * Strong knowledge of FOIA, FBI, and USCIS documentation processes. * Proficient with Litify, Google Workspace, and RingCentral. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communicator with strong problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high\-volume, process\-driven environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with T\-Visa application procedures and removal defense casework. * Experience reviewing FOIA results and FBI PIN management. * Bilingual (English/Spanish or other commonly spoken client language). * Experience coaching, mentoring, or training junior staff. * Strong understanding of client confidentiality and document verification protocols. **Technical Requirements** * Computer: Intel i5 (8th Gen\+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000\+), or Mac M1\+.
