We are characterized by continuous growth and are currently seeking passionate talents eager to join our team. **Position:** Recruitment and Personnel Selection Assistant **Vacancies:** 1 **What profile are we looking for?** * University graduate * 6 months of experience in the role, handling recruitment processes. * Experience in the Telecommunications sector (Desirable). * Ability to manage one's own recruitment sources (Desirable). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Perform candidate screening, interviews, and role\-play for selection. * Post job openings on recruitment platforms. * Schedule training sessions and conduct candidate inductions. * Meet weekly HeadCount targets. * Support workplace climate programs and applicant follow-up. * Assist with company activities. * Submit recruitment reports. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Pleasant work environment. * Employment Type: Honorarium Receipt * Fixed Salary: S/1200 * Attractive schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. * Location: Av.
