Requirements * Graduate or bachelor's degree in **Psychology or related fields**. * Minimum **6 months of experience conducting mass recruitment and selection processes**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Availability to work **100% on-site**. Responsibilities * Screen resumes according to the required profile. * Post job openings and manage recruitment sources. * Contact candidates and coordinate their participation in selection processes (virtual or on-site). * Conduct **initial interviews** and track applicants. * Schedule psychological assessments and employment verifications. * Maintain an updated **candidate database**. Working Conditions * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Contract Type:** Service Fee Agreement. * **Compensation:** S/ 1,130 per month. * **Temporary position.** If you meet the requirements and have experience in **mass recruitment**, apply now and join our team.
