We are characterized by continuous growth and are actively seeking passionate talents eager to join our team. **Position:** Recruitment and Selection Assistant **Vacancies:** 1 **What profile are we looking for?** * University graduate * 6 months’ experience in this role, handling recruitment processes. * Experience in the Telecommunications sector (Desirable). * Ability to manage independent recruitment sources (Desirable). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Carry out the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for personnel. * Conduct screening, interviews, and role\-play for selection. * Post job announcements on recruitment platforms. * Schedule training and conduct onboarding for candidates. * Support the workplace climate program and applicant follow-up. * Submit recruitment reports. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Pleasant work environment. * Employment Type: Honorarium Receipt * Fixed Salary: S/1200 * Attractive schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. * Location: Av.
