Technical support and supervision of junior profiles on site **Job Description** A professional responsible for the execution, installation, and commissioning of air conditioning, ventilation, and hot water systems in industrial and commercial projects. Ensures compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards, guaranteeing energy efficiency, installation quality, and proper system operability. **Responsibilities** * Execution of installation and setup of air conditioning systems (VRV, VRF, split units, chillers, fan-coils, ductwork, rooftop units, etc.). * Refrigerant, electrical, and hydraulic interconnection of equipment and components. * Conducting pressure tests, vacuum tests, refrigerant charging, and commissioning. * Handling and control of fluorinated gases in accordance with current regulations. * Advanced interpretation of mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation. * Diagnosing and resolving issues during the installation phase. * Preparation of technical reports and progress updates on site. * Strict compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) and environmental regulations. * Technical support and supervision of junior profiles on site. **Requirements** * First-class certified technician in refrigeration or HVAC installations. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC system installation and commissioning in industrial or commercial environments. * Experience in advanced interpretation of drawings and electrical schematics. * Valid certification for handling fluorinated gases. * Vocational training in Refrigeration Installations, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide. * Availability for technical on-call duties when required by the project. * Desirable: RITE certification, 60-hour PRL construction training, working at heights, PEMP certification, and experience with CO₂ systems.
