Participate in monitoring the execution of the unit’s key strategic initiatives, tracking their impact on defined KPIs. 2\. Promptly alert stakeholders regarding any non-compliance or deviations from commitments made in business cases and/or strategic KPIs. 3\. Generate dashboards, presentations, and reports for various oversight committees (management). 4\. Propose and implement a robust, comprehensive communication plan at all levels to support the transformation of BCOM units toward the RCP mindset, with a focus on customer experience. 5\. Participate in the design, documentation, and definition of KPIs for annual or multi-year strategic plans. 6\. Ensure that all relationship model units understand and are aware of their strategic goals and how these goals are measured. 7\. Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager to enhance the role.
