Job Summary: Analyze operational data, lead reliability analysis, develop KPIs, manage recurring failures, and optimize maintenance strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize maintenance strategies and promote a reliability culture. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze LNG operational and production data to identify improvement opportunities, threats, and performance gaps, managing them through the MTO process. * Lead and execute reliability analyses (RAM, MTBF, MTTR, Weibull, Growth, Crow-AMSAA) for rotating equipment and critical systems, including pumps, compressors, and gas turbines. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support preparation of technical investigation reports, acting as facilitator and technical reference. * Develop and maintain reliability and availability KPIs, including designing dynamic dashboards in Power BI and preparing periodic reports for stakeholders. * Develop predictive models and advanced alerts using machine learning and statistical analysis to anticipate failures and optimize decision-making. * Manage bad actors and recurring failure analysis, identifying patterns and trends, and prioritizing corrective actions based on risk and criticality. * Define and update asset criticality, develop Reliability Block Diagrams, and analyze the lifecycle of critical and high/medium-critical equipment. * Optimize maintenance strategies and plans (PMO, live RCM), evaluating optimal preventive maintenance intervals and major overhauls. * Promote a reliability culture across the organization, supporting operational staff competency development through workshops, technical coaching, and use of predictive technologies. * Ensure QHSE compliance and cross-functional integration of reliability, collaborating with other departments, managing obsolescence of critical spare parts, and actively participating in corporate safety, quality, and environmental initiatives. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technically related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience. * Reliability Analysis methodologies. * Condition-based monitoring techniques. * SAP skills. * Experience implementing RCM development programs. * Familiarity with electrical equipment. * Excellent proficiency in office software. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Analytical ability * Time management * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Well-organized
