Job Summary:
We are seeking sales agents to optimize and manage multichannel sales processes, focusing on acquiring customers for telecommunications services.

We are a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specialized in multichannel sales. We optimize and manage our clients’ sales processes through physical and virtual channels, ensuring effective and personalized results.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 06 months of call center sales experience, preferably in telecommunications products.
* Availability to work from home Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Fixed day off on Sundays.
* Personal computer or laptop running Windows 10 or 11 (Pro edition), Intel i3 processor or equivalent, minimum 4GB RAM. Wired internet connection (minimum speed of 30 Mbps).
* AnyDesk installed. Webcam and USB or dual-input headphones required.
**Responsibilities:**
* Contact customers of other operators to encourage switching to MOVISTAR via exclusive benefits.
**Pre-employment Training:**
* Training (5 days): S/.20 per day\= S/.100 total
**TRAINING SCHEDULE:** 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
* On-the-Job Training (OJT) (5 days)
**Benefits:**
* Formal employment under the General Regime (CTS, bonuses, ESSALUD, family allowance, etc.).
* Fixed monthly salary of S/.1,130\.
* Unlimited commissions (activated starting from the 21st sale\).
* Internet bonus for attendance: 1st and 2nd month: S/.80; 3rd month onward: S/.100\.
* Payments at month-end (commissions credited the following month after performance).
