Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company engaged in the importation and distribution of medical devices and OTC products, is seeking the following profile: **PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE** Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, establishing and strengthening trust-based and technically grounded commercial relationships. Deliver accurate and up-to-date scientific information regarding products to ensure appropriate prescription and usage. Achieve assigned sales and coverage targets, contributing to the company’s growth and market positioning, all within the regulatory and ethical framework of the pharmaceutical sector. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Technical or university studies completed or in progress (desirable) * Minimum 2–3 years of experience promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, complying with health regulations and achieving performance targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Experience using document management and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint). * Familiarity with technological tools and mobile applications. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Promotion and Sales * Visit physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. * Present and explain the benefits of the company’s pharmaceutical products. * Persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe or recommend the products. * Close sales with end consumers/patients or their representatives under terms defined by the company. * Manage the customer portfolio and identify new potential customers. * Information and Education * Provide technical and scientific information about products, including mechanism of action, side effects, and contraindications. * Respond to questions and clarify doubts from healthcare professionals and end consumers/patients. * Conduct product presentations and training sessions. * Relationships and Follow-up * Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. * Inform and ensure physicians’ compliance with procedures associated with the sales system. * Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction. * Address complaints from physicians and/or end consumers/patients via channels established by the manufacturer. * Target Achievement * Achieve established sales targets while adhering to company-defined pricing and administrative procedures. * Plan and organize work to optimize time and resources. * Submit sales and activity reports using company-defined administrative resources and procedures. * Knowledge and Skills * Basic knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology. * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. **WORK LOCATION**: Cusco **WORK MODALITY**: On-site **WORK HOURS**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **BENEFITS**: * Formal employment under the General Regime \- Statutory benefits * Mobility allowance and commissions Send your updated CV to: cv(arroba)selekto\-rrhh.com with subject line: Sales Representative \- Cusco Work Location: On-site employment
