Job Summary: Credicorp Capital is seeking a Research Ops professional to lead the industrialization of research and validation practices within the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Strategic Design and Experience. Democratize research practice with playbooks and training **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Research Ops**, working in the **CoE for Strategic Design and Experience** in **Lima, Peru** and **Bogotá, Colombia**. **Mission:** Lead the ResearchOps function within the DesignOps vertical: industrialize Credicorp Capital’s research and validation practice by operating regional user panels, the centralized insights repository, the standardized usability testing program, and the pre\-production validation system—integrating deep research expertise with a service design perspective so that design and experience research operations support end\-to\-end customer journeys. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and operate regional user panels (Customer Panels) segmented by archetype and business line, using proprietary and third\-party recruitment models. * Lead the centralized insights repository (Hub): taxonomies, access, and democratization for product, business, and CX teams. * Co\-create and operate the standardized usability testing program with pre\-production validation. * Lead vendor management (platforms, recruitment agencies, transcription/analysis tools); govern ethics, privacy, and regulatory compliance for Design and Experience research. * Democratize research practice through lightweight research playbooks and training for Product Designers, Service Designers, the CX team, and other relevant company teams. * Define and report ResearchOps KPIs (time\-to\-insight, cost per study, research coverage across prioritized initiatives). **Application Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. A specialization or master’s degree in Service Design or Behavioral Design is desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Market Research, Service Design, Design Research, DesignOps, or similar roles. * Intermediate level English proficiency. * Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Maze, Condens, Dovetail, Hotjar, or similar. **Additional Knowledge:** * Experience scaling research operations (desirable). * Design Research, qualitative/quantitative research. * Methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, etc. * Data mindset: decision\-making based on user\-generated data to mitigate bias. * Storytelling, influence skills, and executive presentation capabilities. * Experience in the financial sector or startups (desirable). ***This job posting is also open to persons with disabilities.***
