Excellent communication and energy At **Dermallure**, a dermatological and aesthetic center located in Jesús María, we are looking for a creative and responsible Junior Marketing Manager with excellent communication skills and energy to strengthen our digital presence and support our patients from their first contact. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute digital marketing activities and promotional campaigns. * Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * **Create, record, and edit videos** for social media (reels, stories, promotional content). * Support the creation of visual and audiovisual content (posts, flyers, videos). * Coordinate with internal departments to promote campaigns and services. * Monitor basic marketing performance metrics and propose improvements. **Required Profile:** * Graduate or final-year student in **Marketing, Communications, or related fields**. * Knowledge of **digital marketing and social media**. * **Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools** (CapCut, Premiere, InShot, or similar). * Creativity, initiative, and strong organizational skills. * Interest in health and aesthetics (desirable). **We Offer:** * Opportunity to **develop the marketing area**. * Continuous learning and professional growth. * Positive work environment. * Competitive compensation aligned with qualifications. * All benefits under the REMYPE regime. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM We look forward to welcoming you to our team and delivering the best experience to our patients!
