Job Summary: Gibson Investments is seeking a responsible and service-oriented security guard to manage building access control, visitor registration, and incident handling, while maintaining order and communication. Responsibility, punctuality, and a service-oriented attitude are valued. **Gibson Investments**, a company dedicated to building and condominium management with over 15 years in the market, offers a temporary security guard position to cover vacations at a building in Surco. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control building access. * Register visitors and announce their arrival. * Manage parking spaces. * Clarify inquiries from residents or visitors. * Record incidents in the logbook. * Report daily incidents to supervisors. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Register supplier entry and exit upon prior authorization from the resident or administration. **Job Requirements:** * Availability to work from **June 01 to June 06 — Monday through Saturday, daytime shift**. * Ability to commute easily to the district of Surco. * Prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Mandatory dress code: white shirt, formal trousers, and formal shoes. * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual. **We Offer:** * Payment via honorarium receipt. * Compensation: S/ 60.00 per shift worked. * Double pay for holidays worked. * Positive work environment. **Important:** * Payments are made **monthly**, after completion of all assigned shifts.
