Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented security guard to cover vacation periods, managing access control, parking, visitor registration, and addressing inquiries at a building. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access and visitor control. 2. Resident assistance and incident reporting. 3. Workplace area maintenance. **Gibson Investments**, a company specializing in building and condominium management with over 15 years in the market, offers a temporary security guard position to cover vacations at a building in Miraflores. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control building access. * Register visitors and announce their arrival. * Manage parking areas. * Address resident or visitor inquiries. * Record events in the incident logbook. * Report daily incidents to supervisors. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. * Record supplier entry and exit upon prior authorization by residents or management. **Job Requirements:** * Availability to work from **February 16 to February 28**, Monday through Saturday, on weekly rotating shifts, and on public holidays (double pay applies for holidays), subject to employer’s operational needs. * Ability to commute to the district of Miraflores (near the intersection of Av. 28 de Julio and Av. Paseo de la República). * Prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). * Completion of all three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Mandatory dress code: white shirt, formal trousers, and formal shoes. * Must be available to work on public holidays. * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual. **We Offer:** * Payment via honorarium receipt. * Compensation: S/ 50.00 per shift worked. * Double pay for public holidays worked. * Positive work environment. **Important:** * Payments are made **monthly**, after completion of all assigned shifts.
