Job Summary: A professional focused on accident prevention, risk management, and occupational safety, with emphasis on training and supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Investigation and prevention of occupational accidents and incidents. 2. Development and updating of IPERC matrices and risk maps. 3. Development of prevention programs and improvement of working conditions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct investigations of occupational accidents and incidents to determine their causes and prevent recurrence through the implementation of appropriate corrective measures. * Develop and update IPERC matrices, risk maps, contingency plans, signage maps, and evacuation maps. * Deliver training and inductions for the Integrated Management System. * Develop programs for the prevention of occupational accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases, as well as for improving working conditions established by the company. * Establish appropriate mechanisms for the selection, distribution, and implementation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), in accordance with the specific risks associated with activities carried out within the company. * Conduct safety inspections at all locations. * Supervise high-risk work activities. **Key Competencies:** * Results-oriented * Negotiation * Teamwork * Organization * Proactivity and commitment Work Location: On-site employment
