Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and dynamic Commercial Supervisor to lead a team of commercial advisors and enhance results at V&V Teleservicios. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise a team of commercial advisors. 2. Implement commercial strategies to improve performance. 3. Provide continuous training and feedback to the team. At **V\&V Teleservicios**, an authorized distributor of Claro Hogar, we are looking for a committed, dynamic, and goal-oriented Commercial Supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead the team of commercial advisors. * Monitor productivity and sales indicators. * Provide continuous training, follow-up, and feedback to the team. * Prepare management reports and track goal achievement. * Implement commercial strategies to improve campaign results. * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operational execution. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in telecommunications or call center campaigns. * Experience in Claro Hogar campaigns (mandatory). * Knowledge of Claro products and processes. * Proficiency in Claro platforms and systems (SISACT, SGA, and related commercial platforms). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities. * Availability for on-site work. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and commitment. * Ability to work under pressure. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Fixed day off on Sundays. **Compensation:** Starting salary from S/ 1,500, negotiable based on experience and interview evaluation. **Work Location:** On-site – Los Olivos.
