Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst with functional experience in Salesforce to coordinate between business and technical teams, document processes, and ensure backlog traceability. Key Responsibilities: * Gather and analyze business requirements from users and functional stakeholders. * Document processes, business rules, exceptions, and dependencies. * Write clear and verifiable user stories and acceptance criteria. * Analyze functional impacts on data, automations, and Salesforce permissions. * Collaborate with the technical team to validate requirement feasibility. * Prepare functional data mappings, catalogs, and status mappings across systems. * Maintain backlog traceability, decisions, and open items. * Prepare test cases and support functional testing and UAT. * Analyze functional incidents and collaborate on their tracking. * Document the solution and participate in demos and agile ceremonies. Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.4,500.06 per month Experience: * More than 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
