We are a company dedicated to the implementation, remodeling, conditioning, and construction of buildings across various sectors, and we are currently seeking a: **Sanitary Engineer** We seek a responsible, proactive, and team-oriented professional with experience in the design, supervision, and development of sanitary engineering projects for buildings. **Requirements** * Degree in Sanitary Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in sanitary engineering projects for buildings. * Experience in preparing budgets and sanitary quantity takeoffs. * Experience in supervising sanitary installations on construction sites. * Knowledge of preparing technical sanitary documentation. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD proficiency. * Familiarity with applicable sanitary regulations and standards. * Knowledge of potable water, sewage, drainage, and fire protection piping systems. * Availability for on-site work in Lima – Los Olivos district **Responsibilities** * Supervision of sanitary installation works. * Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and quantity takeoffs for sanitary items. * Coordination and preparation of sanitary drawings. * Design and development of sanitary engineering projects for buildings. * Technical coordination with construction teams and other disciplines. * Technical monitoring and supervision during project execution. * Proposal of technical improvements and optimization of sanitary solutions.
