Position Summary: We are seeking a Scheduling, Quantity Surveying, and Progress Valuation Engineer for infrastructure projects, with a focus on technical and financial control of construction works. Key responsibilities in scheduling, quantity surveying, progress valuations, and cost management At **MW Contratistas Generales S.A.C.**, we are seeking a **Scheduling, Quantity Surveying, and Progress Valuation Engineer** to join our team on infrastructure projects. We seek a professional experienced in construction scheduling, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, and progress valuations, oriented toward technical and financial project control during construction execution and/or supervision. Requirements * Licensed Civil Engineer. * Registered with the Professional Engineers’ Association and fully licensed to practice. * Minimum of **4 years** since obtaining the professional degree. * Minimum of **2 years of professional experience calculated from registration with the Professional Engineers’ Association**. * Demonstrate participation in at least **two (02\) projects**, holding one or more of the following positions: * Specialist. * Engineer. * Head. * Responsible person. * Reviewer. * Assistant. Relevant experience must fall within one or more of the following specialties: * Construction Scheduling. Costs and Budgeting. Quantity Surveying and Progress Valuations. Quantity Surveying, Costs and Budgeting. Quantity Surveying, Budgeting and Progress Valuations. Progress Valuations. Quantity Surveying. Costs. Or any combination of the above-listed specialties. Responsibilities * Prepare and update construction schedules and execution timelines. * Perform quantity take-offs per technical documentation. * Prepare progress valuations for construction work. * Review and monitor project costs and budgets. * Analyze physical and financial progress of the work. * Prepare technical reports related to quantity surveying, progress valuations, and cost control. * Coordinate with the technical team to track schedule adherence and goal achievement. * Verify compliance with technical and contractual specifications. **\*\*ONLY CANDIDATES SUBMITTING A DOCUMENTED CV AND MEETING THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE WILL BE EVALUATED\*\*** Application Question(s): * More than 2 years since registration with the Professional Engineers’ Association?
