Minimum 6 months’ experience managing field clients and/or intangible sales (preferably within the banking sector). Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. Students pursuing related degrees (Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.) or completed technical/university studies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Acquiring clients for SME loan disbursement (field-based activities). Contacting pre-qualified clients by telephone (office-based activities). Updating client prospecting visit management reports. Actively participating in follow-up meetings. Collaborating within a team to achieve established targets. **COMPETENCIES:** Communication skills, including verbal fluency and active listening. Frustration tolerance. Goal-oriented mindset.
