Minimum 6 months’ experience managing clients in the field and/or selling intangible products (preferably in the banking sector). Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. Students pursuing related degrees (Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.) or completed technical/university studies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Acquiring clients for SME loan placements (field-based management). Contacting pre-qualified clients by phone (office-based management). Updating client visit reports for prospecting activities. Actively participating in follow-up meetings. Collaborating as part of a team to achieve established targets. **COMPETENCIES:** Communication skills, including verbal fluency and active listening. Frustration tolerance. Goal-oriented mindset.
