Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and helpful security guard to cover vacation periods, performing access control, visitor registration, and incident handling at a building. Responsible, punctual, and helpful person **Gibson Investments**, a company specializing in building and condominium management with over 15 years in the market, offers a security guard position for vacation coverage at a building in Miraflores. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control building access. * Register visitors and announce their arrival. * Manage parking spaces. * Address inquiries from residents or visitors. * Record incidents in the incident logbook. * Report daily incidents to supervisors. * Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. * Register entry and exit of service providers upon prior authorization by the resident or management. **Job Requirements:** * **Immediate availability \- Monday through Saturday on weekly rotating shifts**, and holidays (holiday pay is double), subject to employer needs. * Ability to commute to the district of Miraflores (near the intersection of Av. 28 de Julio and Av. Paseo de la Republica). * Prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). * Completion of all three doses of the COVID-19 vaccination. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Mandatory dress code: white shirt, formal trousers, and formal shoes. * Must be available to work on holidays. * Responsible, punctual, and helpful person. **We Offer:** * Payment via honorarium receipt. * Remuneration: S/ 60.00 per shift worked. * Double pay for holidays worked. * Good work environment **Important:** * Payments are made **monthly**, after completion of all assigned shifts.
