SENIOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - PAYROLL AND RECONCILIATIONS

Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support accounting and administrative activities, including recording transactions, performing reconciliations, and managing payroll. Excellent working environment **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel * Experience with ERP Concar or another accounting ERP system * Experience with SIRE * Knowledge of the Chart of Accounts * Payroll expertise **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the Accountant in accounting and administrative activities of the department. * Record purchases, sales, and accounting transactions in the CONCAR system. * Perform bank reconciliations and record collections, payments, and petty cash. * Assist in preparing monthly tax returns, electronic books, and compliance with tax obligations. * Manage payroll-related processes and other human resources administration activities. * Support preparation of financial statements and analysis of accounting accounts. * Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting documentation. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. **BENEFITS:** * Monthly gross salary of S/ 2,000\. * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * All statutory benefits. * Job stability and excellent working environment. * Opportunity for professional growth within the company. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * On-site work modality. * Workplace located in Miraflores, Lima.
