At Stefanini, we are over 30\.000 brilliant minds connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Position Objective** Lead the end-to-end management of the **SuperApp** project, ensuring proper execution of replacement developments through the development team, and guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality, technical alignment, and customer satisfaction. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the **SuperApp (app transformation)** development project. * Define and manage the project **roadmap**, aligned with client priorities. * Coordinate with the client for requirements gathering, validations, and tracking. * Manage the multidisciplinary team: developers, technical leads, and architect. * Supervise the development work for replacement components. * Conduct **initiative mapping, dependencies, and risk assessment** for the project. * Ensure compliance with **scope, schedule, budget, and quality**. * Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes. * Track activities using tools such as Jira. * Coordinate deployments, validations, and deliveries with involved areas. * Prepare and present **progress and status reports** to stakeholders. * Ensure effective communication between the client and technical team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience as a Project Manager** in technology projects. * Experience leading **mobile application development or digital platform projects**. * Experience working with corporate clients (telecommunications preferred). * Proficiency in agile (**Scrum, Kanban**) and traditional methodologies. * Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams. * Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira. **Academic Background** * Bachelor's or graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in **Project Management or IT Management** is desirable. * Certifications are desirable: * **PMP** * **Scrum Master (CSM / PSM)** * **ITIL** **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Effective communication with clients and technical teams. * Stakeholder management. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to handle pressure and dynamic environments. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
