




Job Summary: Senior service technician responsible for evaluating and repairing complex electrical systems and major components of low-profile equipment, as well as managing technical reports. Management of technical reports and risk work permits SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN \- MECHANIC Specific Job Responsibilities:* Evaluate the most complex electrical systems of assigned low-profile equipment. * Repair, refurbish, commission, or replace highly complex electrical components such as panels or electrical circuits, among others. * Perform repairs and replacement of major equipment components, including motors, gearboxes, converters, cylinders, shafts, etc. * Prepare technical reports on equipment condition to schedule future repairs. * Manage permits in coordination with EHS or the supervisor to carry out assigned risk work (PETS, PETAR, etc.). * Accurately record entry, exit, and break times. * Effectively utilize contractual resources (PPE, assets, consumables, assigned tools, instruments, etc.). * Actively participate in EHS, health, and wellness prevention and promotion activities promoted by the company and the client. * Comply with the site-specific Safety, Health, and Environment Plan. * Immediately report any incident, accident, unsafe act or condition detected, and collaborate in the timely investigation and reporting of the event for dissemination. * Adhere to Life-Saving Rules, policies, procedures, regulations, and objectives of the EHS health and wellness management system, and the company's or client's Internal Vehicle Use Regulations. Requirements:* Technical education in Mechanical or Electrical fields, or related disciplines from Technical Institutes (minimum two years of study). * Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering programs, with specialization in heavy machinery maintenance, maintenance mechanics, production mechanics, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum three years of experience performing heavy equipment maintenance activities within Surface Mining Units or UGM, or similar segments served. * Minimum two years of experience working with low-profile equipment. * Experience in defensive driving and possession of A2B driver's license, with at least two years of prior experience.
