Amazon Andes Export SAC is a company founded in 2010 in Lima \- Peru, dedicated to producing and marketing natural and functional foods derived from Peru's biodiversity. We are looking for a Junior SEO specialist with plenty of ideas, dangerously high curiosity, and hands-on enthusiasm. We don’t want someone who “just writes titles.” We want someone who asks why, tests how, and learns fast. What You’ll Do (in plain terms): * Support SEO execution: keywords, briefs, on\-page optimization, interlinking, meta tags, site structure. * Technical marketing tasks: Search Console, GA4, basic tagging, simple audits, performance improvements (what you can do \+ what you’ll learn). * Generate ideas and integrate strategies: SEO \+ content \+ CRO \+ automation (yes, it’s all interconnected). * Monitoring and reporting: what was done, what changed, what worked, and what didn’t. What We Need From You: * Foundational SEO knowledge (on\-page, search intent, architecture, content). * Organization and accountability (without these, talent becomes mere decoration). * Genuine eagerness to learn tools and processes. * Strong writing skills and sound judgment (no fluff). Bonus Points: GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, WordPress/Shopify, basic HTML knowledge, AI applications in content, CRM.
