Sale of services and customer follow-up An automotive workshop is looking for a **Service Advisor** to handle customer service, estimate preparation, and coordination of work within the workshop. We seek a person with strong customer service skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. Main Responsibilities * Customer service and reception at the workshop. * Preparation of repair and maintenance estimates. * Explaining diagnostic results to customers. * Tracking work approval. * Selling services and corrective work. * Coordination with the technical department (mechanics). * Closing work orders and delivering vehicles to customers. · Sending progress updates on vehicle repairs to customers via photos and videos. · Keeping the customer and sales database up to date. Requirements * Experience in the **automotive industry**. * Experience in **customer service**. * Commercial profile with a results-oriented mindset. * Organizational and work-tracking capabilities. * Basic proficiency in Excel or management systems. · Residing in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas. Working Conditions * Working hours: * Monday to Saturday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
