Jalma SAC is a contracting company specializing in engineering, installation, and maintenance of electromechanical systems and low- and medium-voltage electrical systems. **Objective** The position responds to the need to hire a professional capable of supporting compliance with clients’ OSH provisions, implementation of Law No. 29783, and implementation of the company’s IMS. **Requirements** \- Recent graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in any engineering discipline, preferably Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering. \- Prior internship experience in OSH or Quality areas. \- Knowledge of Law No. 29783 (document management: ATS, IPERC, and PETS) and/or ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. \- Experience and/or knowledge of document control for supplier qualification and tendering processes, as well as execution of internal audits and staff training. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level; Excel at intermediate level. **Responsibilities** Maintain and organize IMS documentation (OSH and Quality), ensuring records are up-to-date for audits, supplier qualifications, and tenders. Training and Awareness: Implement the training plan not only on hazards and risks (SSOMA), but also on operational procedures and quality standards for staff. Conduct cross-functional internal audits to verify compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 45001 (Safety) standards.
