We are looking for a **Social Assistant** to join the team of a renowned company located in **Chancay**. We are seeking a committed, empathetic individual with a vocation for service to provide support to staff on social and well-being issues. **Work mode:** On-site, Chancay **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (rotating day off) Responsibilities: * Provide guidance and support to staff regarding social, family, or personal situations that may affect their performance. * Conduct assessments and follow-up on identified social cases. * Prepare timely social reports as required. * Coordinate with other internal departments for support actions or interventions. * Assist in organizing and implementing health, wellness, and employee integration campaigns. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Social Work or related fields (mandatory). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Basic knowledge in preparing social reports and case follow-up. * Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic communication, and active listening ability. * Desirable: experience in employee wellness programs or integration activities.
