Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior MERN Developer or Software Development Assistant with a solid technical foundation and eagerness to learn, to work on real production projects. Direct mentorship and guidance We are seeking a Junior MERN Developer / Software Development Assistant We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, willingness to learn, and ability to work on real production projects—not just practice exercises. What we are looking for? * Graduate of technical, university-level, or related programs in Software Development / Systems Engineering. * Knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). * Proficiency in Tailwind CSS. * Basic understanding of WebSockets / Socket.io. * Process automation using Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Scripts. * Integration and connection with external APIs (REST, authentication, token handling, webhooks). * Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or Lovable applied to agile MVP development. * Ability to follow technical instructions with judgment, organization, and initiative. * Portfolio or personal projects (GitHub, demos, etc.). Key Responsibilities: * Support development and maintenance of ERPs, PMSs, and hybrid web applications. * Build and adapt components using React and Tailwind. * Implement real-time features using WebSockets. * Use AI tools to accelerate MVP development. * Learn and apply best practices in real production projects.
