Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Planning and monitoring email marketing campaigns: Monitoring creative agencies (design and layout); Coordination with user departments; Coordination with CRM and IC departments. * Planning and implementation of paid media campaigns: Approval of media plans and material schedules; Review of campaign implementation on platforms; Optimization of media allocation by product. * Creation of creative briefs and review of proposals: Preparation and submission of briefs to agencies; Review and feedback on proposals; Tracking of asset production. * Performance tracking of paid media campaigns: Weekly review with agencies; Proposal of improvements based on results (CPA, Sales, etc.). * Maintenance of the public website: Creation and updating of landing pages; Website maintenance (updates, enhancements, content, etc.). * Planning and execution of SEO strategy: Keyword analysis, link building, etc.; Analysis of metrics and proposal of improvement opportunities; Implementation of web improvements. * Coordination of blog articles: Coordination with agencies for content planning and blog article writing. * Coordination of new campaigns: Coordination with Journey Managers and user departments. * Preparation of BBDD briefs for IC: Preparation of briefs. **Requirements** * Final-year student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Java. * Soft skills: Highly proactive profile, with initiative in problem-solving and a positive attitude toward challenges. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
