Job Summary: Installs SPC flooring and wall panels, ensuring quality, precision, and customer satisfaction while adhering to technical and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and adherence to on-site construction schedules. **Job Objective** To execute the technical installation of SPC flooring and wall panels, guaranteeing quality, precision in finishes, timely completion, and customer satisfaction, in accordance with the company's established technical and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Install SPC (Click System) flooring and wall panel cladding. * Prepare surfaces (leveling, cleaning, moisture verification). * Measure, mark, and cut materials according to technical specifications. * Install baseboards, finishing profiles, and complementary accessories. * Verify alignment, leveling, and final finishes. * Identify potential flaws or defects in materials prior to installation. * Coordinate with the sales department or technical supervision regarding on-site observations. * Adhere to scheduled timelines. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience installing laminate, SPC, or vinyl flooring. * Experience installing wall panels or decorative cladding. * Proficiency with manual and power tools (e.g., cutter, level, square, drill, etc.). * Basic knowledge of surface leveling and preparation. **Working Conditions:** * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Personal transportation (car) required. * Willingness to travel across various locations in Lima to perform installations.
