We are seeking a **Specialist Air Conditioning Supervisor**, certified professional with over 1 year of experience. **Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure proper execution of air conditioning system installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and other related tasks, guaranteeing technical quality, safety, and compliance with company-established timelines and client requirements. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise activities of assigned technical personnel. * Coordinate and verify correct installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems (VRF, Split, Chiller, Fan Coil, etc.). * Monitor work execution in accordance with safety and quality standards. * Conduct on-site technical inspections and issue progress or compliance reports. * Identify system failures and propose efficient technical solutions. * Ensure adherence to service schedules and technical specifications. * Train and provide technical support to operational staff when necessary. * Represent the company before clients during inspections or technical meetings related to the service. **Job Requirements:** **\- Education:** Technician or Professional degree in Refrigeration Mechanics, Air Conditioning, or related fields. **\- Experience:** Installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of VRF, Split, Chiller, and mechanical ventilation systems. Reading and interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings.
