JOB DESCRIPTION A leading retail sector company is seeking a Specialty Review Assistant who fulfills the following responsibilities: * Review and approve specialty projects to authorize construction commencement. Verify installations delivered to store locations and ensure alignment with contractual documents. * REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. **Knowledge:** * Solid technical knowledge, especially in electrical and mechanical installations (particularly air conditioning and extraction/ventilation systems) * Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency * Intermediate Excel proficiency * SmartSheet usage (desirable) \- Microsoft Project (basic \- intermediate level) * Basic-level proficiency in electrical or mechanical calculation software * Project management training or fundamental project knowledge **Experience:** \- Electrical designer \- low voltage \- Mechanical designer \- HVAC-related (air conditioning and mechanical ventilation) * Cost estimation and budgeting for electromechanical items * 1 year of relevant experience
