Stability and career growth within a growing organization. **SPEECH-LANGUAGE THERAPIST** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **About the Position** At *Crecemos*, we seek a dedicated, empathetic, and service-oriented speech-language therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide care to children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with **language disorder, ADHD, ASD, language delay, and communication difficulties**, applying a warm, professional, and results-oriented approach. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver individualized therapeutic care based on personalized intervention plans. * Develop customized materials, worksheets, and resources for each case. * Prepare progress reports, assessments, and treatment plans. * Participate in clinical meetings and interdisciplinary coordination sessions. * Adhere to the assigned schedule, including Saturdays. **Requirements** * Degree or graduation in Speech-Language Therapy or Special Education (with specialization in language). * Minimum 6 months of experience working with children (professional internships may be considered). * Strong vocation for service, empathy, and proactivity. * Proficiency in basic tools for reporting and planning. * Full availability for the stated schedule (mandatory). **Benefits** * Pleasant work environment and continuous clinical support. * Internal training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities. * Stability and career growth within a growing organization. * **25% bonus in July and December.** * **7 annual vacation days.** * **Non-working public holidays.** * Opportunity to take on more complex cases and advance professionally. **Contract Terms** * Engagement Type: **Service Contract** (fee-based invoice). * **Fixed monthly income**, with potential increases based on performance and productivity. **Why Work at Crecemos?** We are an organization that prioritizes human quality, professional commitment, and teamwork.
