Job Summary: This role involves developing and implementing SSOMA management systems, promoting safety culture, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and track SSOMA documentation 2. Promote occupational safety and environmental protection culture 3. Identify risk conditions and propose improvements **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering. * SSOMA training course completed. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or HVAC maintenance. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an SSOMA supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and monitor SSOMA documentation and other required documents for commencement of activities. * Promote occupational safety and environmental protection culture within the company. * Plan and implement the SSOMA Management System. * Identify existing or potential substandard conditions and acts in work positions. * Identify risk situations in processes and propose and coordinate improvements with department heads. * Develop the Annual Occupational Safety Program and Environmental Management Plan in coordination with department heads of each work area. * Verify compliance with regulations, rules, procedures, and standards across all work positions and company facilities. * Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs related to occupational safety topics. * Plan and conduct unannounced and scheduled SSOMA inspections across all work positions and company facilities. * Define technical specifications and/or standards that PPE must meet, as well as the PPE required for specific work positions. * Support updates to internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, Internal Operational Regulations, and other documents covering occupational safety topics. * Actively participate in incident/accident investigations, occupational disease investigations, and safety reports; update corresponding statistics.
