Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Two years of work experience in similar positions within the mining, oil, or industrial sectors. * Knowledge: occupational safety and health legislation, environmental management, first aid, accident investigation, IPERC. * Competencies: Empathy, leadership, assertive communication to raise staff awareness, analysis, teamwork, and decision-making. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Huachipa, Ate, Santa Clara, Lurigancho Chosica, or Carapongo. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\. * Training and knowledge of Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Identify hazards and assess risks in work areas. * Conduct safety inspections and verify proper use of PPE. * Report and follow up on incidents and accidents. * Deliver safety talks and inductions to workshop personnel. * Verify order, cleanliness, and safe working conditions. * Support waste management and sound environmental practices. * Maintain updated SSOMA records and documentation. * Report risks, non-compliances, and emergency situations. * Prepare SSOMA-related documents (procedures, instructions, regulations, etc.). * Coordinate with management consultants. * Comply with the SIG policy and continuous improvement initiatives. * Comply with guidelines and recommend improvements to the Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Management System. * Comply with the Social Responsibility Policy. * Perform other SSOMA-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
