Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Structural Metal Painter to join our operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for surface preparation and application of industrial painting systems on machinery and heavy structures, ensuring compliance with quality standards, required film thicknesses, and industrial safety regulations (SSOMA). **2\. Candidate Requirements** · **Work experience:** Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in industrial painting, metal structures, and/or heavy machinery. · **Surface preparation:** Proficiency in mechanical cleaning, blasting/sanding, and degreasing according to surface preparation standards. · **Equipment handling:** Advanced experience operating conventional paint spray guns/nozzles. · **Painting systems:** Solid knowledge of dosing, mixing, and preparation of epoxy, polyurethane, anticorrosive, and industrial enamel systems. · **Safety and Hygiene:** Strict adherence to SSOMA regulations, proper use of respiratory PPE, and safe work at heights or in confined spaces. · Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and purging of painting equipment and instruments at the end of each shift. **4\.
