Ensuring proper use of equipment and correct allocation of resources A 5-star hotel company seeks to hire a **HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR** for its team: * Graduate in Hotel Administration or Tourism and Hospitality Management. * Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in this position. * Experience managing subordinates. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of the Opera system. ***Responsibilities:*** * Assign rooms to floor staff. * Coordinate staff schedules and rotations. * Ensure department staff comply with lost-and-found procedures. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of all equipment assigned to subordinates. * Maintain organized linens, ensuring order to facilitate work. * Organize area supply orders to maintain order and control over inventory. * Sort stained linens through proper garment inspection to ensure correct washing. * Efficiently manage supplies by maintaining strict inventory control to optimize usage of allocated supplies. * Ensure proper use of sewing machines by following instructions to prevent damage from improper handling. * Distribute linens and supplies to guest rooms while maintaining strict inventory control so floor staff can properly prepare rooms. * Assign and issue staff uniforms, verifying their condition and maintaining inventory control to ensure all staff are properly uniformed. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Meal allowance.
