Job Summary: Vulcano Metals S.A.C. seeks a Casting Supervisor to lead and optimize production, quality control, and safety processes in its metallurgical industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Failure analysis and productivity indicator control Vulcano Metals S.A.C. is a metallurgical company specializing in casting and machining of copper and bronze spare parts. We are seeking a new team member for the position of CASTING SUPERVISOR. Requirements: * Graduate in Metallurgy (Technical or University degree). * Knowledge and application of current quality and safety standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Minimum 2 years of experience in foundry companies (casting and molding processes). * Experience in gating design and charge balancing (feeding system). * Experience leading work teams. * Residency in areas near our plant (Huachipa\- Autopista Ramiro Priale/Paradero Hyundai ) Responsibilities: * Supervision of the pouring process. * Control of parameters during molding and melting. * Monitoring of productivity indicators. * Oversight of executed procedures and verification of defects in produced parts, including root cause analysis. * Leading the assigned team by motivating personnel and maintaining appropriate performance levels to ensure correct execution of all area procedures. * Conducting talks and/or training for the entire team on workplace quality, order, cleanliness, and safety to achieve proper performance.
