Job Summary: We are seeking a Zonal Supervisor to ensure the proper operation of units and supervise operational staff, materials, and maintenance activities across Metropolitan Lima (SOUTH Zone). Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise operational units and staff. 2. Coordinate and resolve operational contingencies. 3. Manage personnel and prevent occupational hazards. At **OPALO**, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **ZONAL SUPERVISOR**, with the objective of ensuring the proper operation of units belonging to strategic partners located in various districts of **Metropolitan Lima** (SOUTH Zone). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct daily supervision of assigned units. * Monitor and oversee operational staff. * Verify stock levels of materials, PPE, and uniforms at each unit. * Request necessary materials and equipment for unit operations. * Coordinate and supervise the delivery of uniforms, PPE, and other materials. * Complete daily visit reports via the internal system. * Promptly address and resolve staff inquiries. * Issue pay slips and employment documents to staff (as required). * Supervise additional maintenance work at units. * Coordinate with new staff before and during the activation of new services or positions. * Provide immediate solutions to operational contingencies. * Immediately report any occupational accidents or other urgent situations requiring attention. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a Supervisor in **cleaning, security, or related service companies**. * Knowledge of resource organization, occupational risk prevention, and cleaning processes. * Experience managing operational staff. * Preferred: Training in **personnel management, first aid, and occupational safety and health**. * Willingness to travel across various districts of Lima. * Basic knowledge of Excel and Word. * Valid A1 driver's license. **BENEFITS:** * **Salary negotiable**, commensurate with market standards and candidate experience.
